On this site it lists:
Beast Master's give all beasts in their unit a 15% boost in attack power.
Beast Tamer's also give this boost, but only a 10% one.
Dragon Master's give all dragons in their unit a 15% boost in attack power.
Dragon Tamer's also give this boost, but only a 10% one.
Doll Master or Enchanter are leading a unit, they will boost your golem's attacks by 10%

***EDIT: I did testing on this and posted my findings on GameFaqs: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/198230-ogre-battle-64-person-of-lordly-caliber/71046202 ***

Where did these #'s come from? I have never seen these #'s anywhere else...
It confuses me because in game if I make a Beast Master Leader, the *listed* stats/attack/def of the Cerberus does Not change...
So it makes it difficult to compare... but I did some testing:

Saradin(Warlock) Lead Cerberus 63 Damage Avg,
Beast Master Lead Cerberus 75 Damage Avg,
19% increase!

Raven/Vultan,Leia,Ninja Master, Arch Mage, Black Knight, Dragoon, Seraph Lead Sphinx 158-159 Damage Avg,
Beast Master Lead Sphinx 173 Damage Avg,
9% increase!

Ninja Master Lead Cockatris 42.5,
Beast Master Lead Cockatris 49.9,
17% increase!

So... I think it isn't a flat % for all Beasts/Dragons/Golems... plus I have even read someone say Vampire make Gremlin better I think... so maybe there are other Leaders that give specific units a bonus.
