I never made the transition to the tactics games for some reason. In some ways I'm glad the ogre series survives in a sense, but in other ways I really want a new game in the classic style. In any case its good to hear its worth checking out, I'll have to pick it up sometime.

any and all purchases will only further the chance of us actually getting new Ogre battle games. Which is part of the reason that i buy every copy of the ogre battle games that i can.

Indeed. Gotta support the franchise!
I never finished Tactics Ogre on PSP though... I didn't like that I had to grind to keep up with the levels (if I didn't want to use the same party every single battle) and how NPCs with new classes always join at Lv1, which makes unusable...
